The 12 Apostles is a globally significant and significant entity that is recognised globally, and it has also been named the most iconic rock formation landform. Furthermore, the 12 Apostles is a magnificent iconic rock formation made up of 8 different limestone stacks. However, there is currently a recurring issue, which is that the limestone stacks are inevitably affected by global warming and contribute to the cause and effect of humans all over the world.

During the years 2014-2017, there was an unfortunate spike of hot years that coincided with a widespread, long-term effect with an increase in how much limestone is eroded by ocean waste water. This caused a drastic change in the appearance of the remaining eight Apostles and caused them to shrink significantly in size. Because of the severity of the rising heat in water on both the local and global scales, the effects on the 12 Apostles have varied. From the foregoing, it is clear that this situation is on both the local and global scales in terms of intensity, because it was caused by the entire world and is affecting the entire world, but the issue revolves around the 12 Apostles, which is only in Melbourne.

Climate Change, in addition to Global Warming, is viewed as a greater threat to the 12 Apostles due to its impact on waste water and the amount of damage it causes to the limestone stacks. This issue is also classified as a Global Problem because Climate Change was caused by humans, which is why it has become such a severe issue all over the world, thus making it a 'Global Problem.'
